Do I need a medical card to purchase?
No medical card needed! You just need to meet the age requirement of 21 years of age or older for purchase.
Can I mix alcohol with Etheria's products?
We don’t recommend combining alcohol with hemp products. Instead, you can use our products to infuse a mocktail, or any other zero proof beverages!
What states do you ship to?
We ship our products to all 48 states where they are legal within the United States. This excludes Idaho and Kansas, as they are the only states that are non-compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.
How long will order fulfillment take?
You can expect 2-3 days for order processing, and 5-6 business days for shipping on average.
What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I bring Etheria's product line on an airplane?
While all of our products meet the 2018 Farm Bill requirements, we do recommend checking with your airline regarding their policies.
Will I fail a drug test after using any of Etheria’s Delta 9 THC products?
Like any other hemp products, there’s absolutely a possibility that you may fail a drug test after using them. We suggest not taking any chances.
